I can’t wait for you to master facilitation. Welcome to the MasterClass!

As I shared in our Intro. to Rethink Facilitation power session, great facilitators do more than put together an agenda. They create rooms with a purpose, make participants feel welcome and appreciated, and create a meaningful experience while not burning out. Wouldn’t it be nice to have more energetic and productive meetings?

In this MasterClass, I am going to teach you everything that helped me master facilitation. You will walk away with:

• Confidence,
• Clarity,
• Curiosity, and
• Self-Awareness.

But I can’t do this alone. I ask for your equal commitment to:

• Be intentional in learning and reflecting on this framework and tools,
• Make consistent time to practice, and
• Remember why you are excited to master facilitation skills!

First, let’s set your intentions:

• What is your intention for taking this MasterClass?
• How will you commit to making time to practice and learn these skills?
• Why do you want to master facilitation?

Second, let’s look at your calendar:

I recommend taking this course over a period of four weeks so that you have time to practice, reflect, and strengthen your new eye to rethink facilitation. To make self-paced learning more meaningful, take a look at your calendar and ask yourself when is realistically the best time for you to learn consistently and use each week to build on the new skills. Each module will unlock only after you complete each module’s activities and videos so click complete each time you finish a lesson.
